Payment Cancellations

Cancellations to bookings/non-attendance will be charged at the full daily rate once the play scheme starts. Changes to bookings/swapping days cannot be guaranteed and will incur an administration charge of £10.00 on each occasion.

Payments, including any voucher payments must be paid 30 days in advance of your child’s first attendance. If your child is attending for more than 2 weeks we will accept stage payment in advance.

Payment Method

Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Tax Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers and Debit or Credit Cards. If you wish to make a payment by Debit Card or Credit Card – please telephone 02920 382009
